GWBB

The Gavin Worland Big Band is a 19-piece big band comprised of the finest young talent, arrangers, and instrumentalists ranging from Longmont and Greeley to the heart of the city


Hailing from Longmont, CO, bandleader Gavin Worland formed this band as a result of years forming the "brainchild" as he refers that he envisioned as a composer and arranger as well as an outstanding instrumentalist. Worland takes major influence from the writing of great composers old and new like Sammy Nestico, Quincy Jones, Bob Brookmeyer, Chick Corea, Annie Booth, and Ron Miles. 


The members of the GWBB share a common dream in creating music that combines artistry with musical excellence.
